Auzie Triratnamurti gives a lecture for final year Bachelor students of Architecture Department University of Indonesia. Auzie presents some architectural works she did since her Master education to her professional career in the Netherlands. Under the lecture theme of Dreams, Transformation and Sustainability, she explains how she has built up one big dream of exploring and learning further from vernacular architecture in order to obtain new ideas of innovations in sustainable design, of how one can create a sustainable built environment by learning it from the vernacular architecture. Sharing the same interest in vernacular architecture through common experience in visiting and researching Indonesian vernacular villages together with the school, also by their curiosity in learning about obtaining higher education and career abroad, the students show much enthusiasm in following the lecture and in the q&a session.
